Emma Young, Director, Design and Web Development
Emma is a multi-disciplined designer with experience of producing graphic and web-based designs for a diverse range of brands. As well as working on web sites for existing brands such as the BBC Radio Times, ScottishPower, Littlewoods, the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Clydesdale Bank and Glenfiddich, she has designed web sites for a number of businesses including Parent Network Scotland, Diamonds HR, Advantage PR and Superstockracing.co.uk.
Emma has an excellent working knowledge of web technologies, including XHTML and CSS. She also has a background in marketing communications and has the ability to create effective written and visual communications with a strong emphasis on the customer or client's needs.

Jason Hoffman, Director, Business Development
Jason is an experienced web site project manager, with experience both within a large commercial organisation, working in web marketing, and in running his own web design business. He has managed the development of various kinds of web sites including large dynamic web sites, new business start-ups and web site redesigns.
As well as project management experience, Jason also has an excellent working knowledge of web technologies including XHTML and CSS. He has applied these skills in the creation of several web sites for Arkose Design. He also brings his design and photography skills to the team, providing valuable expertise to the company and our clients. And he makes a mean cup of tea!

Craig Webster, Applications Developer
Craig is a talented software engineer who can work in PHP, Java, Ruby and many other environments. Most of his experience is in developing database driven web sites with a strong bias towards usability. However he is also comfortable developing large scale n-tier applications and has experience at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Despite an engineering background, Craig owns and operates Xeriom Networks, a fast growing web hosting company based in Edinburgh where he has gained system administration and security experience.
